Online booking flow

1. Room and rate selection

Search results may show multiple room types and rate plans for the same property. Rate plans can differ by occupancy, meal inclusion, cancellation terms, payment terms and price.

A linked rate or automatically derived price is still a valid rate plan once it is published by the hotel and displayed by AbMilega.

2. Availability

Availability is dynamic. AbMilega checks available inventory during the search and booking process, but availability can change before confirmation because of simultaneous bookings, hotel changes or channel-manager synchronization.

3. Guest details

The guest name and contact details entered during booking should match the person who will use the reservation. The hotel may request government-issued identification or other documents at check-in where permitted or required.

4. Occupancy and extra guests

Each room type has an allowed occupancy. If the selected guest count exceeds the included occupancy, additional adult or child charges may apply if configured for the rate plan. A booking should never be interpreted as permission to exceed the property's maximum occupancy.

5. Meal plans

Meal-plan labels describe what is included in the selected rate. Common plans include room-only, breakfast, half-board and full-board. Meal times, restaurant availability and child-meal treatment remain subject to the property's operational rules.

6. Special requests

Special requests can be passed to the hotel but are generally not guaranteed unless the booking explicitly confirms them. Examples include early check-in, late check-out, room location and bedding preferences.

7. Payment and confirmation

Payment may be required before a reservation becomes confirmed. A temporary hold or pending payment is not the same as a confirmed stay. Once confirmed, your booking reference is the primary identifier for support and property coordination.

8. Taxes and fees

The final booking price includes the taxes and fees disclosed in the checkout price breakdown. A hotel may collect charges directly at the property where those charges were not part of the online payment and were clearly identified in the applicable property or booking terms.

9. Check-in and check-out

Follow the check-in and check-out times stated by the hotel. Late arrival, early departure and late check-out can have separate property rules or charges. Contact the hotel or AbMilega promptly if your arrival time changes materially.

10. No-show and early departure

If the guest does not arrive, or leaves earlier than booked, the reservation's cancellation/no-show terms determine whether any amount is refundable. AbMilega does not automatically refund unused nights outside the applicable policy.

11. Booking records and support

AbMilega may store a booking snapshot containing price, tax, cancellation policy and rate information so that the booking can be reconciled even after the live hotel rate changes.

For support, provide the booking reference, contact details used for the booking and a concise description of the issue.
